Is this St. Augustine Sanchez one of our family?

Recently, there was a posting on another blog, My Florida History, that featured the Rodriguez-Avero-Sanchez House at 52 St. George Street in St. Augustine

But who is this Juan Sanchez who died in 1801? He isn't in the records that I have collected. Is he from another Sanchez family?

Please comment. Correct me if I am wrong.

This house is the house of Francisco's daughter. She married a Rodriguez. He was the grandson of Ponce de Leon. His mother was Isabella. No Joke. I read this some place and I am trying to find that information.

The story has it that Fernando Rodriguez (a soldier of the garrison owned the house) died in 1762. The House passed to Antonia de Avero. Most of the Spanish leave for Cuba during the British period. When the Spanish return, Juan Sanchez buys the house adds to the first floor. He is dies in 1803. Then in 1830 the second floor is added.

Francisco Xavier Sanchez' sister, Juana Sanchez married Manuel Jacinto Rodriguez in 1749. Manuel's mother is Isabel Ponce de Leon.
